「百蝶」是廣彩中一款經典樣式，寓意幸福美好，樣式構圖繁複，佈滿整隻瓷碟，沒有一絲空間。我把蝴蝶帶離瓷碟，來到現實之中，蝴蝶變成了對幸福的期許，她們到底是走進漁網，還是逃離呢？
"Hundred Butterflies"—a classic motif in Guangcai (Cantonese porcelain)—symbolizes bliss and abundance through its intricate, densely packed patterns that leave no void on the ceramic surface. In my work, I liberate these butterflies from their gilded confines, transposing them into the realm of the tangible. Here, they morph into fragile embodiments of longing—yearning for happiness, yet suspended between entanglement and escape. Are they drawn into the fisherman’s net, or do they slip through its threads, evading capture?
